My Way to byte5

Where are you from? Where were you before you came to byte5?

I live near Aschaffenburg, but I am a native and loving Hessian. I studied multimedia communication and documentation in Aschaffenburg and previously had a job as a working student in various marketing departments and companies. I spent my last semester abroad in Amsterdam and came to byte5 directly after.

What brought you to byte5?

It was clear to me that I was looking for an employer who would give me enough freedom to let my creativity run free. It was also important to me that horizontal organisation is actually practiced, trust is paramount and the corporate culture suits me.

My byte5

What projects are you working on?

I’m looking for potential new colleagues who fit into our crazy team and I put all my ideas into HR marketing.

What did you find most interesting about your work in the projects so far? And with byte5 in general?

The thing I find most exciting is to be able to engage creatively with social media, do fair preparations, video productions and things of that nature. And I like how I can always think up new things and initiatives to keep employee happiness as high as possible.

Is there anything that surprised you at byte5?

I was pleasantly surprised that the corporate culture is really as described: a friendly second family in which you feel comfortable and at the same time, everyone can work together efficiently and still have a lot of fun. 😊

Describe byte5 in three words, starting with the first letter of your name:

Joy: everyday work is rarely NOT associated with joy.

Jubel (cheers): we celebrate not only our successes, but also our mistakes – without them you would not learn.

jung (young): our team is young and dynamic, and we work together in a modern and agile way.

My Favourite ...

technology: the Internet – for online shopping, hehe

superhero: My dad. 😉

computer game: everything Mario

music genre: Pop, 80’s Rock, Disney

film genre: horror, thriller & fantasy

place to lunch in Ostend: Alnatura or Rewe supermarkets and everything Trish suggests on Lieferando (takeaway.com). 😀

spot in the byte5 office: the ball pit and sometimes my desk 😉
