The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is the third largest organisation within the United Nations. The UNDP Executive Committee is made up of representatives from thirty-six countries around the world, who work on a rotating basis. The UNDP provides funding through the provision of advisory capacity, training and subsidies. There is an increasing focus on promoting the so-called least developed countries. To achieve the Millennium Development Goals and drive global development, the UNDP focuses on poverty reduction, HIV/AIDS, democratic governance, energy and the environment, and general crisis prevention. The core task in all programs is the protection of human rights and the equal treatment of women.
byte5 supported the UNDP team in the creation, conception, technical implementation, and hosting of various websites. The implementation of the UNDP Global Fund Partnership site is particularly noteworthy here.
The work of byte5 went way beyond our initial expectations and sets the bar high going forward.
