A lot of big names are on the list for Laracon Amsterdam: for example the names of Laravel founder Taylor Otwell or community heavyweight Joe Ferguson. And in addition, a whole lot of framework developers from Europe that share their experience in workshops and sessions. One more opportunity for byte5 to learn more about Laravel that we certainly do not want to miss. In order to expand the Frankfurt delegation and as a journey is always more fun with friends we invite those participants who join the meet-ups hosted by byte5 regularly to tag along.
Several European metropolises are only a stone’s throw away from Frankfurt. One of them is Amsterdam which is so close that it is not even worth going there by plane. In Amsterdam, the traditional Laracon EU will be hosted this year on the 29th and 30th of August which we will not only attend due to its closeness to the Rhein-Main region.
The PHP framework Laravel is one of our favourite tools at byte5 and this is not without a reason. At the moment, the byte5 team is building a second team – next to the team of Umbraco experts – for Laravel which with its infinite possibilities is a digital mega trend. The reasons for the success of this open source system which has mostly been developed by one single man will be given at Laracon.
Attending Laracon will be founder Taylor Otwell but also a number of European developers who will share their experience and who will open the the Laravel doors for others by giving speeches on the vast range of use. The open community will also be attending that certainly likes a party as the after party on the last day of the previous festivals show. But what does that have to do with you? Easy! We want to enlarge the Frankfurt delegation and we want to offer you to come along with us. Starting at ten participants, we offer a discount as an alternative to the early-bird tickets which are usually 482 euros (399 euros without VAT) which can be bought until the 31st of May. Additionally, we have a limited amount of rooms at a hotel close to the location where you can spend two nights for around 230 euros or three nights for around 345. You can chose how to get there yourself, e.g. by taking the ICE to Amsterdam starting at 29 euros.
Feel like you want to join us? Just write me an e-mail!
