As a Microsoft Gold Partner in the areas of Cloud Platform and DevOps, and a Silver Partner for Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions, Application Development and Application Integration, byte5 has been supporting its customers in their challenges for several years. Now we are joining the Act to Accelerate initiative and confirming our contribution in the areas of innovation, trust, sustainability, culture and empowerment. In the long term, we are making an important contribution to the sustainable growth and digital development of Germany as a business location. We are already meeting many of the goals we have set ourselves.
We work closely with our customers from the SME sector and support them in their digital transformation. To do this, we actively share our knowledge and set a good example ourselves. With Microsoft Azure - our core technology in the area of cloud - we support our customers in their further development and make them fit for the future.
Trust is the basis of our actions. Internally, we therefore live the No-Pain-Policy, which makes measures such as unlimited vacation or the Pay Panel possible in the first place. But trust also plays an important role in the cooperation with our clients, because security, open communication and ultimately the cooperation itself are only possible in this way.
At byte5, the focus is on people. Therefore, openness and tolerance are an integral part of our corporate culture. Even during the recruitment process, we therefore do not place any value on origin, gender, age or sexual orientation - only passion and performance count. With the Pay Panel 2021, we have also laid a foundation for a non-discriminatory salary model.
We are convinced that technologies can help protect our planet and counteract resource waste and climate change. That is why we are committed to the further development of these technologies and the application of the solutions in the everyday lives of our customers through our community work.
Our clients and their needs come first. In order to provide them with the best possible support, we attach great importance to knowledge transfer. We create the basis for this with the continuous training of our employees. Only with the necessary technical and methodological know-how can they become true experts. We pass on the knowledge and experience we have gained in this way - to our customers, but also internally to colleagues and trainees or young professionals.
